2. Payment & Refund Policy (Strict – Non-Refundable)

2.1 Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made through our authorized payment gateways, including Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, PhonePe, UPI, Net Banking, and Cards.
  • Users must provide accurate personal and payment details.
  • Upon successful payment, users will receive an SMS/email confirmation and payment receipt.

2.2 All Payments Are 100% Non-Refundable

Once payment is successfully made, NO refund will be issued under any circumstances.

2.3 Payment Failure / Double Payment Policy

If you experience issues like amount deduction without receipt or duplicate payments, contact us within 48 hours:

  • Payment Screenshot
  • Date & Time
  • Payment Method

Double Payments: If confirmed by payment gateway, the excess amount will be refunded or adjusted within 7–14 business days.

3. Payment Gateway & PhonePe Policy

  • Payments are securely processed using SSL encryption & PCI-DSS compliance.
  • Accepted modes: PhonePe, UPI, Net Banking, Cards, Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree.
  • If bank delays settlement, Dream Future Foundation is not liable until confirmation.
  • We are not responsible for wrong UPI entry, bank issues, or third-party technical errors.
  • Pending transactions may take 24–72 hours for auto-reversal.
