2. Payment & Refund Policy (Strict – Non-Refundable)
2.1 Payment Terms
- All payments must be made through our authorized payment gateways, including Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, PhonePe, UPI, Net Banking, and Cards.
- Users must provide accurate personal and payment details.
- Upon successful payment, users will receive an SMS/email confirmation and payment receipt.
2.2 All Payments Are 100% Non-Refundable
Once payment is successfully made, NO refund will be issued under any circumstances.

2.3 Payment Failure / Double Payment Policy

Double Payments: If confirmed by payment gateway, the excess amount will be refunded or adjusted within 7–14 business days.
3. Payment Gateway & PhonePe Policy
- Payments are securely processed using SSL encryption & PCI-DSS compliance.
- Accepted modes: PhonePe, UPI, Net Banking, Cards, Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree.
- If bank delays settlement, Dream Future Foundation is not liable until confirmation.
- We are not responsible for wrong UPI entry, bank issues, or third-party technical errors.
- Pending transactions may take 24–72 hours for auto-reversal.
